Our Valued Guests - COVID-19
At Lakeshore Inn some things are back to normal and others are still a little different due to the ongoing pandemic and current labor shortage. We will continue to update policies as we receive information from government officials and as staffing changes. To ensure everyone’s safety, please do not visit the hotel if you have been sick within the last 14 days, had any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19. We are doing extra cleaning and sanitation, shields are installed at the front desk, and contactless check-in and check-out are still available. Housekeeping stayover service will be limited and by request. We are happy to deliver fresh towels and supplies and remove garbage daily if requested. Due to government order masks are required at indoor public areas of the hotel.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and Check-out is 11 a.m. The office is open 24 hours a day.
To reserve a hotel room guests must be 18 years old. All reservations require a credit card to guarantee. During some holiday time periods, an advance deposit of one night may be required.
We require 72 hours notice to cancel October - April, and 7 days notice May - September, and during holidays and special events. If the cancellation is made with less than the required notice we will charge for the first night of the stay.
We allow 2 dogs per room. Each dog is $15 per night. The dog may not be left uncrated in the room. We have crates to borrow if needed. We only allow dogs; no other pets are permitted in the rooms. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when walking around the property.
All our rooms and decks are non-smoking, and dogs are only allowed in dog-friendly rooms. Guests will be charged a $200 fee if they smoke in a room or have a dog in a pet-free room.
The pool is open seasonally May - September weather permitting. Towels are provided in the pool area.
